Wool Rug - Rained and Left in the Shed

This wool rug was rolled up in a shed. Then it rained - a lot! The customer didn't know the shed was leaking. When the went to get the rug out it was wet, smelled bad, and damaged. Wool comes from sheep’s hair, and like all natural fibers, it contains a substance called lignin. When wool stays wet too long, the lignin can break down and rise to the surface. That’s what causes the brown or yellow discoloration. We had to perform a Spa Treatment and Browning Reversal Treatment and dry it as fast as possible. It did lighten up in some areas but the darkest area was the most damaged. The customer was able to hide that edge under some furniture so it wouldn't be seen. We couldn't perform a miracle on this rug but we did our Heavenly Best.

We Love Our Dogs!

At Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning, we recently tackled a sectional sofa that had become a favorite rubbing spot for our customer's dog, resulting in a noticeable dark line along the back. As shown in the 'Before' photo, the buildup was quite evident. Utilizing our specialized upholstery cleaning techniques, we successfully removed all the grime, restoring the fabric to its original clean and fresh state. The 'After' photo clearly demonstrates the transformation—now bright, refreshed, and looking brand new! Another satisfied customer and a sofa rejuvenated. While we're not fans of the dirt, we certainly love our dogs!

Carpet - Stains & Odors

On these stubborn stains and odors, the Technician did things a little different after vacuuming. The Tech sprayed the solution and used the CRB (Counter-Rotating Brush) machine to really work in the stain and odor fighting treatment. Next, he use a fiber pad to help pick up the soil in the darker areas. Then he proceeded with our regular cleaning process with our thick pads to absorb the rest of the debris. As you can see the difference between the Before and After picture, it looks a lot better.
