A potted plant fell on an area rug and they called Heaven's Best to clean it up. To start cleaning, we pre-vacuum the entire floor. This is an important step that allows us to pickup any loose dirt that's on the carpet. Then we vacuum. Next we'll apply our low-moisture citrus based cleaning solution to the carpet. I scrubbed, used hand tools, and used power tools, solutions, grout cleaner and thought the grout lines were never going to return to its former glory. I rinsed and dried and just had to walk away to continue cleaning the rest of their tile floors. At the end of the job we did the final walk through and I prepared the Home Owner that I wasn't happy with how I had to leave it, but to my amazement - the solutions had continued working and totally brightened and whitened their shower.
