Slate Tile cleaning and sealant

We were recently called in to restore the beauty of a dark slate tile floor with light-colored grout that hadn’t had a deep clean in 7 years. Here's how Heaven’s Best brought it back to life: We started with vacuuming and dry mopping to remove loose dirt and debris. Then we applied a high-alkaline solution, carefully chosen to be safe for natural slate. Scrubbing came next — a 3-step process: 1. Orbital scrubbing for full surface agitation 2. Hand brushing each grout line individually 3. A counter-rotating brush to lift embedded grime and dirty liquid Final rinse and extraction to remove all remaining solution and dirt. We used fans to speed up the drying process before sealing the tile. The results? Stunning! The slate and grout looked brand new, and our customer was absolutely thrilled!
